Missouri Schools of Character is an initiative of Character.org to recognize schools that demostrate that their focus on character development has had a positive impact on academic achievement, student behavior and school climate.

DR. JULIE FRUGO, PCS CEO/HEAD OF SCHOOL, NAMED 2011 MISSOURI PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL ASSOCIATION LEADER OF THE YEAR

According to the MCPSA, this award is designed to "recognize a Missouri charter public school leader who motivates students, parents, staff and community to create an outstanding school. His or her school models a challenging, nurturing environment where children are the first priority."

GOVERNORS NATIONAL FITNESS AWARD

We were one out of three MO schools that received the National Governor’s Fitness Award in the fall of 2019. By proving we are dedicated to health and wellness, we won a fitness center valued at $100,000 for our students and staff.

SCHNUCKS DONATES $25,000 TO PREMIER CHARTER SCHOOL

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Officials from Schnuck Markets, Inc. announced a donation of $25,000 to Premier Charter School to aid in the cost of technology tools needed for virtual learning.
